• Arrivals – please use a taxi/Uber for your transportation from the airport if needed
  • Parking details: Free parking with complimentary valet.
• Lunch on your own
• 1:30 PM: Tee Time at (on property)
  • Players: Joe Jean, Mark Van De Voorde, Jennifer Van De Voorde, Jenn Goodwin, Charlie Goodwin, Colin Kemp
• 6:30 PM: Champagne putting and dinner at Garden Room (on property)
  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Putting hour on patio outside
  • 7:30 PM: Seated dinner, inside

Wednesday

• 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM: Meetings & CLEs for Victaulic and Pillsbury team members
  • Breakfast, meetings, and lunch for Victaulic and Pillsbury team members only
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: For spouses, enjoy free recreation time!
  • Morgan will send you the details of your spa reservation.
  • Uber to be used as transportation
• 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Victaulic Team Only Gathering
  • Drinks on property
• 7:00 PM: Depart for dinner offsite
  • Group transportation has been arranged, meet at lobby
• 7:15 PM: Dinner Offsite at TBD
  • 7:15 PM – 7:45 PM: Cocktails, outside
  • 7:45 PM: Seated dinner, outside

Thursday

• Breakfast on your own
• 8:30 AM: Tee time

• Open Recreation Time (spa, pool,)
  • Morgan will email you the details of your spa reservation
• Lunch on your own
• Meet in the lobby at 12:45 PM.
• 1:30—4:00pm PM: Team Building
  • Skeet Shooting at Central Virgina Sporting Clays
  • Spouses included
• 8:00 PM: Dinner at Marigold (on property)
  • Spouses included
